Hi my name is Rick Huggins and I am seeking information as to whether I can or cannot apply for an German EU passport. My parents are German (naturalized now) and I was born in Germany and became a naturalized US citizen in my elementry years. Is there a possiblity for me to obtain an EU passport during these times? Any help would be greatly appreciated..
