sentinent-jim and everyone else...
This seems to be a common occurence.and 'this' is sort of on here already but...
I am australian and basically in the EXACT same position as you.
few differences-im aussie (so my accent is easier to understand!!)
im 23, have studied architecture and worked in a architects office for two years among other jobs, & am also im love with a german girl.
What did you end up doing????
everytime i look into residency permits i come up empty handed,my skills are too limited to be ''NEEDED'', i dont speak german and doubt someone will offer me a job,and to sponsor me, without even knowing me!!!!
...and the study application stuff. I cant find what type of course i can do.A simple language course doesnt cut it.it has to be university, and finding a 1 year course or something taught in english is driving me insane.-im in the frankfurt am main area.
I too have been searching and calling ausländer offices but no one wants to help.
All i want is to be allowed to work, find a job(somethin ive had no trouble with so far,not so legal tho)get my own room/flat/apartment thing.
Enjoy the german lifestyle.
I do not want to import my five hundred kids and be a burden on the economy.
anyone, any info please help.Any courses, any employers who like to sponsor aussies????
if not,its a 52hour return flight and a hell of a lot of money just for whv, which jim mentioned the downsides!!!!
thanks all
