how hard will it be?

Hi,
I plan on moving to Germany in a few years (once I graduate college and save up some more money). I fell in love with the country a 2 years back when I visited on an exchange program. I think my time in the US is coming to an end, and I feel a move would be something I would love. I was wondering how hard it is to actually get sitiuated (getting work permits, jobs, and housing). I am reading a lot about it online but I think it would be best to ask some ex-pats here.
