Reaching Expat Community in Frankfurt

I'm an English speaking writer who has lived in the Frankfurt area for several years. I belong to an English-speaking community of mothers through a playgroup both of my children attended. The problem is, expanding my contacts.

I am going to start teaching writing courses this month, but I am at a loss about where to advertise to reach the expat community. Any ideas?
