job offer at Berlin

Hi All

I am in UK now. and got a job offer in Berlin. In the offer letter the gross income is 3550 EUR/month

The work place is near Schonefeld airport. What do you think will be approx. tax for this salary. (I am single with no kids).
I tried to calculate with this website:
http://www.parmentier.de/steuer/steuer.htm?wagetax.htm

With social security contributions the salary per month is 2056 but without Social security contributions it is 2746.

Can I revoke the social security contribution to get that money also (since I will be going back to US)?
