Help?

So I'm pretty young to be setting my sights so high(18 in fact), but I recently spent a semester abroad in Germany and loved it. I had said before I left that I wanted to live and study there or find a decent job and just live and work. Well I have no higher education except my High School diploma, but my German skills are pretty fair and the Germans always, and still do, give me compliments that my German is very well. I really want to move t the Hamburg area, but have no idea of how to find a job or how to even go about the whole process. I know that the more contacts I have the better a chance I have of finding my opportunity. Although I'm young, I believe that if I could find the right job area I could train in the field once there. Any ideas or advice or am I just crazy.
