Piano with ivory keys

Hello,
I will be moving house from Basel to Dresden in September, and want to bring my piano. It was made in 1924 and has ivory keys, which means it falls under the CITES convention. I know where to get the necessary documentation in Switzerland -- but what do I need to do on the German side? Any advice welcome.
