special ed sevices

Hi,
I'm a special teacher and have recently relocated to the Frankfurt area.

What do parents who have children with special needs do in terms of schooling (esply because of the language)? Are there options for private practice/early intervention at home/private tutoring, etc? I see the international schools have learning support but I like to work with children who have more intense needs-behavioral and cognitive. I'm just checking my options before I register.
