Moving Basics

We may be moving from the U. S. to Augsburg or Munich possibly later this year and I have a few questions for anyone to answer:
1. Is there a website (in english) that helps you find babysitters? In the U.S. there is care.com but I wonder if that is a good one to use in Germany.
2. Can you switch your U.S. iphone to German by getting a German SIM card?
