moving to study in dusseldorf

Hi,am anebi madaki, and I'll be moving to dusseldorf in July to study at Rheinland privatschule, I would like if anyone can help me get a cheap room for about 200-350 euro as that's what my students budget can afford and I also hope it's a nice city with friendly people..am 18yrs old and I can speak little german
