International School Hamburg

We are considering moving to Hamburg with school age children, ages 12 and 16. Older reviews of the International School in Hamburg are less than flattering but there is a new school now and a new administration. Can anyone who has kids in this school provide a recent overview? We have our kids in an excellent school system in the US and are nervous after reading the reviews, many of which are older.
