Rent Cap (Mietendeckel)

Hey,

as some might have read in the news: Berlin is planning a new law called "Mietendeckel" (Rent Cap).
When the law comes into force it will freeze the rents for five years.
In the last years rents have been increasing drastically, this law tries to slow down gentrification and to avoid unproportional rents regarding the income of Berliner's.
