Housing rentals in Coban

Hello, I am wondering what areas in Coban are good for housing rentals that are safe and relatively secure. I'm not looking for luxury, but I am looking for something with a fair amount of space for 3 or 4 people. what sort of price range should I have in mind for a 3 bedroom house with a 1 car garage?
