Salary: fair? (Ankleshwar)

I have been offered a 2 year agreement to be a manufacturing engineer in Ankleshwar India, with a salary of 20 lakhs per year. Expenses (rent, etc) would be my own responsibility but the company would pay all relocation costs. Is this amount appropriate for a modest living? I am single with no children.
