Thanks to all who responded to my previous thread on entertainment. We don't have to have International standards in all things, but again, we'd like to know what we're getting into before we commit. My family doesn't like big surprises once we're on site.
Now I would like to inquire about restaurants and grocers in Delhi. Are there grocery stores around that city? Is there much organic food available? Where in the city are they located? Do most folks buy from local merchants? Anything not readily available? Is there a Japanese grocery?
Are there interesting restaurants? Are there various ethnic neighborhood restaurants, or mostly local only? Where are they located (hotels only for instance)? Is sushi available? What is an average cost for a dinner for two exclusive of alcohol?
Any other advice or wisdom on food?
