we are moving to Pune beginning of next year and I would be glad for some information on good housing agents, alternative ways to find a place to stay (newspaper? Town magazine etc.), good apartment blocks, what to consider in choosing a place to stay, rent negotiable, what comes with the rent(in China where we live at present the landlord has to provide tv, curtain, water dispenser etc.).
What do we hope to find? A new apartment, western standard, 2 -3 bedrooms, balcony/terrace, clubhouse, quiet, safe, centrally located in Koreagon Park or Kalyani Nagar. Is it possible to live in other areas when you work in Koregaon Park or is the traffic making you crazy?
