Housing needed in Bangalore

We are contemplating moving to Bangalore late this year, or early next year. I will be working with a linguistics group.
We will be looking for furnished housing, at least 2 bedrooms and it must have a sit down toilet. We also will need wifi, and A/C in bedrooms would be nice. Our budget will be low, and we are not space freaks. We just need functional and comfortable. We will be using public transportation also, so access must be close by.
Single floor/ground floor access will be a plus, or the building must have an elevator. Thanks.
