Voltage Difference between US and other countries

If I am planning to move my electric stuffs like TV, Fridge etc from Australia to USA, I am not sure if these applicances will work in USA easily ? The Voltage in Australia is 220V but in USA is 110V.

Is it worth to move the electric appliances to USA due to this issue with the voltage ?
