Need some advise for Job Seeking in Pune

I have planned to move to Pune in October 2014 and I would like to find a Job there also. As I heard it's very difficult to find job there.

Anyone have any idea about how to find job for expat. I'm Asian and have skilled in HR for 10 yrs which is quite hard to work in aboard.
