Moving to Ahamdabad, Gujrat

Hello all,
After living in US for about 11 years, I am planning to move back to India. Has anyone else moved recently to India and can you help me in how to get started on getting admission in schools for my two kids. Also, I have a home here, shall I sell the house or lease for long term? Any advise would be appreciated.
