Having twins in Ireland?

21 years ago
My wife and I are expecting to have twins and are considering traveling back to the States for delivery. We are not sure if we should stay in Ireland for this event primarily because we are not sure how the Irish health system works. If you can lend any advice, we would greatly appricite it.
