Residing in Kinsale

Hi,

I'm an American resident of France with plans to move to Ireland.

The area of interest is Kinsale.

I would greatly appreciate information & resources for the following:

- Becoming an adult student in higher education. (continuing education.)

- Public transportation in and around Kinsale.

- Learning to drive.

- Social life & making friends in Kinsale.

- Starting a business & support for new business owners.

- Health care.

- Finding a place to live.

Thank you kindly.
