Hi, I will be moving to Rome in July 2004 and thought this might be a good place to make some new friends to meet up with, as I am going solo and do not know anyone there yet.
I am a 32 yr. old female artist, and I can't wait to leave behind the land of strip malls and SUVs. I will be looking for an apartment in Rome, and I would like to be in a hip area of the city where wonderful things are within walking distance... I'm sure this describes most of the city, but I would like to get some opinions on this....
Also, I'm bringing my little dog along.... how cool are Italian businesses about have little dogs in tow in such places as cafes, shops, trains, busses etc...
