I was granted Italian citizenship in N Y, which holds juridiction, N Y sent to Comune di Alberobello Bari for registration. Town wont register me because of discrepancies that were already cleared in N Y. All parties have passed to file any amendments plus N Y consul said no ammendments are needed and I should sue Italian Govt. to force them to register me. Anybody able to help?
