moving to milan

My family and I are moving to Milan sept 08. We need info on schools, homeschooling, best areas to live(safety, etc.) Our kids are 14 and 9 boys. One will be a sophomore in highschool, the other 4th grade. We desire to homeschool the high schooler or maybe even both depending on the situation there(cost, etc). Can anyone help?
