Moving to Tuscany

Hello,
I am a 26 year old female currently living in Los Angeles and am dying to get out. I am an actress, writer, and painter. I absolutely love Europe and feel more at home there than the states. Could anyone provide advice on finding a place to live and to work? Ideally I would love to find housing in exchange for work around the home. I really appreciate it. Thank you!
