Sicily bound (maybe)

My wife and I are considering of moving to Sicily when she retires in about 21 months. I spent 4 years in Naples and totaly enjoyed my time there (military). One of my questions at this time is this..... Does anyone know if retired US military can use the medical facilities at the Sigonella NAS? Thanks!
