Adult Education in Naples

Hello. Possibly opting to get a transfer. My wife is currently beginning college for nursing. We would be coming over as a Dept of Navy civilian. This is an opt in transfer for us, as in I can turn it down, but I'll never get another opportunity and the financial benefits would be outstanding. However, I promised my wife I will not opt in if she can't go to school.

Are there American University, Univ of Md., type schools where she can continuing her college courses? She's just beginning to get her biology, chemistry, etc under her belt for the RN program.

To clarify, the important part are the clinicals and labs such as chem lab, etc.. Since most American medicine is through the military, I'm afraid this portion of her education isn't available.
