Moving to Gaeta

Hello,

My husband and I and our baby are moving to Gaeta in April of next year. Has anyone lived there recently? I'd love to hear some opinions of what it's like to live there. I lived in Italy 15 years ago and am so happy to be returning!

What are the best resources to find rental properties that aren't meant as vacation rentals?
