I've been trying to sell my beautiful 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom Villa 30 minutes from both Venice & Treviso for 4 years now. In 2011 it was valued at €850,000 and I have since reduced to €650,000 but still it's not selling. It is in perfect condition 420 M sq with 3000 M sq mature gardens surrounded by a Walnut farm and vineyard. Many of the finest Veneto vineyards are all around us and the large town of San Dona di Piave is just a few minutes drive away from where you can step on a train straight to the side of the Grand Canal. It's very strategically located to tour the whole Veneto region. It could easily be converted to a B&B or small boutique hotel and would be a great investment if even only let as a holiday home.
Local estate agents seem very sleepy. I have listed it in the UK and US markets too but still nothing. We need to move back to the UK for business reasons.
