Paying IMU/TASI

Has anyone figured out how to pay IMU on a property that is not the principle residence?
All the online calculators refer to this case with the code A/10.
however on the online forms for paying there are two codes 3918 and 3919, one for local and one for the state. So I'm not sure how to use the sum I received from the calculator.

Last year I calculated the sum and paid the whole thing to the commune by bank transfer. they confirmed by email that my calculation was correct.

Does anyone understand this?
