BBC on Satellite

We have BBC news 24, which had a message saying it was moving from Astra SD to Astra HD, and now the channel is gone.

We seem to be connected to Hotbird 13, and the BBC is not listed on there. Does anyone have the same issue, and know how to get BBC New 24 back?

Thanks, Dave
