My Dad 60 moved to Italy 4 years ago. His health has deteriorated & because of this he has not been able to work. He has been living from his savings which are almost run out. He is planning on moving back to England but he does not want to. Could he obtain any help from the Italian Government? He has nothing over here & only me as family. He would be basically homeless on his return if It wasn’t for me.
