Documents for Residency

Hi All!
We are preparing for our move to Italy this summer and need to translate and apostille birth certs, marriage etc.

3 questions:
Are there any other documents I should have translated?

Should I translate multiple copies? Or will it suffice to translate one of each and then hand out copies to whomever
requests them?

Do I need to translate bank statements or investment flows of income from my financial planner?

I can easily get multiples of US documents but I have only one of my husbands birth certificate from Ireland.

Thank you!!
