Our 20 year old son is moving to Milan in Sept. to study Fashion Product design. What will he want to bring & what should he leave behind? Are their many English speaking doctors in Milan? Would it be safe for his 16 year old brother (a confident traveler) to visit him at Christmas time? We currently live in the southern region of the U.S.A.
