Container Home Quest

Bureaucracy BEYOND FRUSTRATION... Probably a kind and expat way to describe our journey... Italians won't quote or make estimates because of unsurmounting efforts rules laws and city government.. most have never heard of a quirky idea of living in a box so they don't want to deal.
Seeking assistance...
Quest 1 : find land with view
Quest 2: find assistance with walking the mile through a process that allows container homes
Quest 3: marry a company with plans
Quest 4: financing and closing
