Importing car from overseas

We're planning retire in Italy next year, moving from Canada (but have EU passports), and want to import two convertibles. One is 2017 Ford Mustang and the other is 1979 MG Midget. I saw a post with information on an experienced Italian car importer who could help with the process. Could anyone help?
