Property Finders - Lake Maggiore

Hi all, I'm hoping the hive mind of this community will be able to help me out!

I'm interested in purchasing a retirement property in the Lake Maggiore area. I've done a few visits and have a very good idea of towns I'm interested in and my property criteria. What I need now is someone who can assist me in looking at properties when I am back in the area in late May of this year. Obviously the biggest criteria is that they speak English and are willing to work with someone who has a modest budget (max price 100,000 euro).

Any suggestions?
