Obtaining Visura Catastale

Hello all. I need to obtain information on a particular property in Catanzaro Calabria. Specifically current ownership, property details, Catastale, Rendita, who currently owns. Also the original notary documents showing price paid etc.

I am EU resident but not yet Italy resident so don't have codice fiscale, comuni etc. which most websites seem to want.

I have tried searching sources online but they either don't work or require codice fiscale to proceed.

Can someone please direct me to a reliable online resource or agent who can obtain the information? Obviously I expect to pay for any services.

Many thanks!
