Phone and internet

I'm moving to outside of Vasto and going out at the end of this month to get the house ready before the final move. Any suggestions on internet and an Italian phone service from someone that has sorted through it all?! Thanks! I have my visa appointment at the end of November, so i won't have my residency yet. Also, I hear the Bank of San Paulo is the best for international banking....opinions on that would be appreciated as well!
