My husband and I just bought an apartment in Rome and we are trying to figure out if we need an Italian Bank account to pay utilities and WIFI. If so , what is needed to open the bank account? We are not pursuing Italian Citizenship at this time as we will use the apartment as a vacation home.
Also, what are the names of the utility companies and the best ones for WIFI?
