Wise Account Number Problems

I am experiencing difficulty in establishing our Direct Deposit for Social Security into our new Wise account. When I gave the SS agent our Wise Account number (16 digits), he said that it included too many numbers to be correct. Has anyone encountered this problem?
I will appreciate your input so much!
