Can't Get An Appointment

Buongiorno!

Frustration, frustration, frustration. We are trying to obtain an appointment with the San Francisco consulate and have been foiled at every turn. Our goal is to get a long-term residency visa but the website we were directed to (Prenot@mi) states there are no appointments available and it does not even offer a waiting list. How are we going to get an appointment? Does anyone know of a workaround?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Grazie!
