Best place to move?

My husband and I are planning to move abroad and still have a house back in Texas. We would like to find the best place to move to in Italy so that we can travel back-and-forth to the states as kids in college. We would love to find a place with great community, and close to an airport, We love Tuscany and pretty much every other place in Italy. Would prefer to have mild weather, water, nearby, but again, we are open to anything as long as it’s an enjoyable community with new friends!! I’m a lawyer, so I will be working a little remotely, but my practice back in Texas pretty much runs itself.
