My wife and I have re-searched Luca but realize we must come and visit and are considering a two week trip in May 2025. any suggestions how we break up the trip and surrounding areas of Lucca itself?

Both of my parents are of Italian heritage and I’m seeking Dual citizenship for consideration of potentially relocating six months plus out of the year to Lucca. I have all the paperwork, but have not been able to schedule a meeting through the Italian consulate in Pennsylvania. Any alternate suggestions?
