Turtle Beach Towers in Ocho Rios

I first visited these clunky building blocks in the 70s. My boyfriend and his family have had a place there for year and I am thinking of purchasing a one bedroom for a vacation getaway or possibly year round when I retire. Does anyone have any ideas about pros and cons for owning there?
