I am planning to work with a JA Developer on some projects. I need to obtain my Real Estate License and wondered if anyone on here has information on getting licensed as a broker in JA? I could get it here in NY if there is reciprocity? I will have a million more questions as well as I hope to be planning my move in the next few months.
SO to start: What are the first three things I should get busy finding out before planning to work and move from the US? (and don't say learn about the hardships of life on the island because I know that) Thank you!
