We are looking for short term accommodation from 5 Aug to mid Oct 2014.
My husband and I will be travelling from Harare.
The dogs will go into a kennel in Harare for about 2 weeks until we send for them at the end of August 2014. Because of the dogs, we will need a garden.
My office will be at UNRWA, at Bayader Wadi el Seer.
We are arranging for a taxi to take me to work and back until we can sort out our transport so for that reason, I don’t want to live too far away but it needs to also be a place my husband can find coffee shops and things easily. He will be job hunting.
Must have cable TV with English channels
Budget: US$1,400 – 1,600 a month
Location: Dair Ghbar (preferably) or Abdoun
As for the long term accommodation, it is contingent upon the arrival of our personal effects from Harare. This is estimated to be around mid Oct 2014.
Duration of rent: About 2 years.
Must have a garden
About 3 bedrooms
We don’t need a furnish place because we will bring our furniture with us but we need air-condition units
The place must be modern and with open plan concept
Please – no mirrors on walls or ceilings!!
