Living in Amman

I’m wondering if there are certain places to live in Amman that are better than others regarding schools, area, modernization, foreigners, etc? Also any advice or knowledge on health insurance there would be wonderful! Also any tips on getting used to the way of life there? Or maybe how to get in contact with other foreigners living there?
