Property purchase?

Hello there,

well it appears my second message posted OK, so I will repeat the first one.

Does anyone know (of a relaible source, or indeed direct me to information) as to whether it is permitted for non kazakh nationals to purchase residential property in Kazakhstan? I am British as is my son, my wife is Kazakh, I wish however to purchase property in his (or his gardian's) name. All information will be greatly appreciated and I will buy anyone comin.fg to Scotland a haggis!!
